His background as an attorney in private practice, as general counsel of a Dutch mutlinational listed at the Amsterdam stock exchange, and as an inhouse counsel at a large institutional asset manager, means that Rein is very well aware of what a company expects from its external counsel and how to maximize value from external legal advice.<\/p>\n<p>A no-nonsense, pragmatic and solution driven approach, based on a thorough analysis of the relevant facts and circumstances and a solid legal expertise, are characteristic for Kronenberglegal\u2019s philosophy.
